Garden Plants
Whether you are looking to just fill some planters or want to want to do some serious landscaping, you are at the right address. Here at Debruin's Greenhouses we have lots of annual and perennial bedding plants, hanging baskets, trees and shrubs and even the soil!
Annual and perennial bedding plants
We grow a wide variety of bedding plants here at the greenhouses: from marigolds to many different colours of geraniums, from hostas to roses. It is always exciting to come to our greenhouses after a long winter and to pick the colours and varieties for your flower beds and planters...or for that perfect gift. We even have planters made up for you ready
for your patio or deck. All you need to do is pick the one you like best and we will gladly carry it to your car. Did you know we grow fresh herb planters as well? Ready for the home chef.
We didn't even mention the many kinds of perennials that we grow: first year and second year plants. You are guaranteed to find plants that will suit your garden!
Hanging baskets
Did you know we offer almost 1000 different kinds of flowering hanging baskets? When our baskets are ready to go, as of mid May, they are overflowing with flowers! Our hanging baskets are carefully planted with the proper plants to ensure a beautiful colourful, well balanced flowering basket, that will last you throughout the summer and fall. We'll make sure your neighbours will look twice. Our flowering baskets are specially designed for you to grow in a sunny spot or a shady location. No wonder we are well known for our baskets throughout the region.
Shrubs and trees Whether you are looking for something low to the ground like the "blue chip" Juniper or a 14' high "cut-leaf birch"" tree or ten different kinds of roses, we have them here for you! We also carry many different kinds of apple trees and plum trees.
Are you not sure where to start? A full-time horticulturist is on staff and can offer you a complete landscape design package for a minimal fee.
Soil Did you know? We also sell different kinds of soil. From peat moss to our famous "no weeds' processed manure. Ask what kind of soil will work best for your garden and we will be happy to help you out!
