Luxuriant Live Lettuces

We grow our lettuce and herbs hydroponically using a variation of the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) System.  This means your lettuce is free of grit and dirt and comes with a thick root system that allows you to keep it alive and fresh for much longer than you’d expect of traditional lettuces. 

Our lettuces are large and full, flavourful and nutritious.  We grow several varieties, including Boston Bibb or "Buttercrunch," Red Leaf and Green Leaf.  Visit our Hydroponics page to learn more about our methods.
