Tomatoes
Our Vine Ripe Tomatoes are well known in the region. We start early in the season to make sure we have loads of fresh, great tasting tomatoes for you as early as the end of April. Why are our tomatoes so tasty, you ask? Because we make sure the plants get exactly what they need: a healthy dose of plant food, the proper temperatures, the right humidity and CO2 levels and a lot of tender loving care. Let's not forget that we let our tomatoes ripen on the vine so that ALL the taste is there.

Sweet peppers
Whether you like them green, red or yellow, we have them for you: great tasting sweet peppers for on the pizza, in stir fries, stuffed with rice or roasted on the barbeque...giving any dish great colour at the same time.
And, just like the tomatoes, our peppers stand out because of their great taste. Our watering system delivers exactly the right amount of water and the bacteria and nutrients mixture in our soil makes the plants thrive, delivering the best quality possible.
No wonder so many high-end restaurants use produce from our greenhouses. Chefs know how important it is to use only the best quality ingredients.

Lettuce
Our hydroponic lettuce is grown in styrofoam trays that float on water. These conditions are ideal for the variety we grow and results in soft, smooth and clean lettuce, freshly harvested from May to September.
A great hit for the many restaurants we serve and real treat for any family. Our lettuce will stay fresh for a long time, ready to go in a summer salad or any favorite family dish. And if you wish to see how your lettuce has grown, ask us and we will gladly show you!

Herbs
If you haven't tried it before, try it this summer: use fresh instead of dried herbs in your soups, stews, salads, pasta dishes and even on your pizzas. You will be amazed the difference it makes.
Chefs have known for years about our fresh oregano, basil, parsley and many other herbs: we deliver to many restaurants throughout the growing season.
